Interaction with God and seeking His Presence is a priority for us. Interaction brings humility and confession. At these moments real healing and Transformation takes place.

RLC seeks to foster Intentional, Authentic, Transparent healthy Relationships based on mutual respect and reconciling grace. To see and be seen, known and be known. We also want to encourage each person to be who God created us to be and not through the lens of our failures, hurts or past lives.

RLC seeks to develop these 6 key areas: Bible, Theology, Church History, Spiritual formation, Evangelism, and General knowledge. Life Long Learning is developed as well as being great Thinkers, Lovers and Doers. Each individual is also encouraged to be a mentee. this allows someone to help us see blind spots and be a guide for us on our faith journey. Find a peer to be an encouragement to and receive encouragement from. We also believe everyone should be a mentor to someone just starting their spiritual journey.

RLC seeks honoring holistic and transformative projects in our Local and Global communities. The goal is to empower those we meet to be the change agents in collaborative ways that fit the context we are encountering. Indiginous leadership is key to all our efforts of Transformation.

Loving others enough to have Transformational Conversations that bring to light the Relevance of Christianity. This will enable the person to take Scripture, Experience, Tradition and Reason together forge a foundation for a strong faith that can withstand the chaos life may throw at us.
